Return and Refund Policy
At Bloom Nails and Lash, customer satisfaction is important to us.
Customers have up to 48 hours after delivery to report any issues with their order.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours at bloomnailsandlash@gmail.com and include:
• Your order number
• Clear photos of the product
• A brief description of the issue
To be eligible for a replacement, the product must be returned in its original packaging and unused condition.
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened, used, or worn beauty products, including lashes, cannot be returned or exchanged.
Once we review your request, we may offer a replacement product if the claim is approved.
Bloom Nails and Lash reserves the right to deny returns or exchanges that do not meet these requirements.
